Max Perutz had a strong belief in education, instilling knowledge and skills into the next generation of life scientists. Continuing this tradition, we aim to foster individual talent, fan the flames of curiosity, the seeds of innovation, and independent experimental and intellectual approaches. In so doing we hope to endow young scientists with the scholarship and experimental rigor needed to solve future research problems in the basic and medical sciences.
