PhD Student Semiconductor Device Technology/Assembly

You should have an MSc or diploma in physics, materials science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Your background should be in experimental work on semiconductor device physics or microtechnology. You will develop, fabricate, characterize and evaluate chip-to-chip assembly for multi-chip modules.
In both cases, we are looking for team players with a high level of communication skills and reliability to work in the multidisciplinary team of scientists and technicians at FBH. Willingness for participation in two-shift work is obligatory.

Payment is according to TVöD, the salary scale for German public service. The positions are available immediately and limited in time until June 30th, 2014, with option for prolongation.
