Job Description
- Working on the embedding and crossrelation of the MIPS plant databases with european databases in frame of a EU consortium
Your Qualifications
- degree in bioinformatics
- Profound knowledge and experience in Java and Phyton and/or Perl programming languages
- Experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience in working and implementing code in a Java EE environment; planning and implementing web services
- Experience in designing and implementing websites is a plus
- Strong communication and teamplayer skills
